If you need to return an item, please ensure that you contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We require that the items be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. This helps us ensure that the products you receive are always in perfect condition.
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or if we’ve sent you the wrong product, please reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Please note that some items are non-refundable. For example, personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded. Additionally, items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" are not eligible for refunds.
